CLUB FITNESS 24, KOKOMO

The YOGATHEA® evaluation system looks at 10+ points on each posture evaluation spinal position, biomechanics, and breathing technique. Participants are required to demonstrate 75%+ competency of “good” or “excellent” for each posture. YOGATHEA® MODULE I: YOGA FUNDAMENTALS is for anyone who wants an in depth view and evaluation of their performance of the yoga fundamentals and is required for YOGATHEA® MODULE II: INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION training.

Participants will take an in depth look at how the body’s center of gravity, positioning of the vertebral column, and breathing technique, affect the postures. Practices and habits that influence the mindbody complex and muscle tension in neuromuscular function is also examined to help the participant enhance their yoga practice. Each participant will demonstrate proper spinal position, modifications, biomechanics and breathing on the following postures:
